InterCounty Championships

The InterCounty Championships are contested annually between the affiliated counties of the EHA. The tournament location rotates between North, South and Midlands. It is contested at the following levels :- A Teams, B Teams, Under 21 and Veterans.

South Region Championships

The South Regional Championships are contested annually between the counties affiliated to the South Region of the EMHA who care to enter - Sussex, Kent, Essex, Surrey, Dorset and Middlesex. The tournament normally takes place over 1 or 2 days. It is contested at the following levels :- A Teams, B Teams, Under 21 and veterans.

National Club Championships

The winners of the South Region Competition play in the National round later in the season.

The South Region Club Championships are contested by teams winning their respective county club competitions. Sussex has a club competition annually, and the top 2 teams will then compete in the South Region Club Championships

Domestic Trophies

Sussex County Club Championships

The Club Championships are held annually. Clubs affiliated the the SCMHA are eligable to compete. The competition heats take place in October, and the finals in the following January. The heats will find 4 teams to compete in the finals, and then the top 2 teams from the finals will compete in the South Region Club Championships.

Sussex County 7-a-side

The 7-a-side competition is an annual competition. Entrants are affiliated members to the SCMHA. The competition takes place on one day and cosists of heats, semi's and finals.
